Last year, we individually completed 100, this year, we team up and do it all together.
Round 01 was massive efforts β 100 kilometres, 80, 50, runners pushing their own limits with a community cheering them home. It proved a point: hard things are possible.
Round 02 proves the bigger point β hard things are better shared. This year the 100K belongs to crews. Your mates, your run club, your colleagues, your customers. Every crew owns the full 100 kilometres, one runner on course at a time, and splits it between them however suits.
Because that's what the hustle is about. You do your leg, someone else does theirs, and the thing gets built. Nobody carries all of it, everybody carries some of it. Hard things are better together.

SPLIT. YOUR HUSTLE.
how the
hustle Β works this year

for RUNNERS
Round up your people. Friends, family, colleagues, your Saturday run group. Big crew, small splits. Small crew, big splits. You choose your challenge.
*Pro Tip: 8-10 runners is the perfect size when not trained or being an advanced runner
Split the K's.
100 kilometres per crew, divided however you like. Ten people running 10K. Four legends running 25K. Twenty of you knocking out 5K each. Your crew, your call.
PASS IT ON.
One runner from your crew on the course at a time. You finish your leg, you hand over, the next one goes. The kilometres never stop moving.
Stack the total.
Every crew's kilometres feed one collective number. Last year we ran 100K. This year, together, we're going to multiply it. Every loop moves the whole Hustle forward.

for
runners
π£
How far per person? That's between you and your crew. Sort your legs and your running order before the day β the tighter your handovers, the easier the clock gets.
π
The loop. One loop around Albert Park, roughly 5K. Same course all day.
π
Name your crew. Pick something good. It's how we'll know you on the day β and it makes ten runners feel like one team
π―
On the day. Your first runner starts at 4am and your crew's 100K needs to be done by 2pm. Nine hours, one runner on course at a time, tallied at the hub after every loop. We'll keep you fuelled with water, electrolytes, carbs, and the loudest hype crew in Melbourne.

BETTER TOGETHER
The small businesses
π€©
Fuel the run. A day of running takes a lot: coffee, food, electrolytes, music, calf massages, socks, recovery. If your business makes something that keeps runners moving, bring it. You'll be set up at the hub where every crew comes back after every loop.
β
*We're keeping it selective this year. Spots are limited to businesses who can bring something to the day itself, so tell us what you'd bring when you apply.
ππ½
Field a crew. Got runners in your world? Enter your own team. Your staff, your customers, your community, running 100K under your business name. Good for the team spirit.

π
Get spotlighted. Every business will come together on the day to make the event possible. Tell us if you would like to get involved. And we can see if you business can be promoted on the day.
However when you join, you'll be part of a collective.

This year we run for WEHI. Australia's oldest medical research institute, based in Melbourne, working on cancer, immune health and infection, developmental disorders and healthy ageing.
This year we run for WEHI. Australia's oldest medical research institute, based in Melbourne, working on cancer, immune health and infection, developmental disorders and healthy ageing. The research happens a few suburbs from where we'll be running.
Every registration, every shirt, every dollar donated ends up supporting WEHI.
the brains
whoβs behind the hustle?
Weβre Nicholas Reeder Designs and Like Noa two small businesses, two friends and ex-roommates, who came up with the idea for the 100K Hustle over Saturday night drinks.
Round 01 started with a realisation: running a business feels a lot like an ultramarathon. Endurance, supportive self-talk, relentless effort. So one of us ran 100 kilometres (crazy), and a community showed up around it.
Round 02 weβve learned a lot from last year. So we want to do things even better this year, and that means β community is taking over. This year we're not on the course β we're running the day, so the Hustle can run further than any one of us could alone.
We hope this movement keeps doing what it did from day one: bringing together small businesses, runners, and supporters, and building connections that last beyond the finish line.

hereβs everything you need to know
FOR RUNNERS
What time do I start?
Your crew just needs to accumulate 100ks collectively. One team member must start at 4am and one team member must be running at all times.
Do I need to be an experienced runner?
No. You choose how far you run, so if 5K is your limit, that's your leg. Larger crews mean shorter legs for everyone. A crew between 8-10 members will be 12,5 - 10km a person
Where will the weekly training runs take place?
Weekly Run Club: Strictly a 5km slow recovery pace, permanently finishing at the @CoffeeChief van every Saturday from mid September
Does every team member need to run the same distance?
No. Split the 100K however suits your crew. Some people run more, some run less. It only needs to add up to the collective 100K.
Can I join a crew if I don't have one?
Yes. Sign up on your own and we'll place you in a crew. Strangers at the start, friends by Β cool down time.
What happens if we don't finish 100K by 2pm?
Every kilometre your crew runs counts towards the collective total. 100K is the goal, not the gate -> plenty of crews will get there, and the ones who don't have still added to the day. 2pm is a guide not a cut off, as long as you have the starting member and the constant runner you are good to complete.
Can I run at any pace?
Your pace is whatever you choose it to be.
FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
As a small business, how do I get involved?
Apply through the registration form and tell us what you'd bring to the day. This year we're looking for businesses who can contribute something to the run itself: food, drinks, coffee, music, recovery, gear. You name it as long as it fuels the run and the hub. Spots are limited.
Can I promote my product / service at the event?
Yes. If you're selected, you'll be set up at the hub where every crew comes back after every loop. We'll also spotlight your business on our socials.
Is there a cost to join as a small business?
No. There's no fee to join as a small business, we just ask that you bring something to the day. So you can promote your business. Spots are limited, so tell us what you'd contribute when you apply.
THE EVENT
Do I need to sign up if I just want to pop in on the event?
No. Anyone can come down to Albert Park and cheer. Sign-up is only for runners and businesses.
What will the event look like?
One loop around Albert Park is roughly 5K, run takes place from 4am to 2pm. Crews take turns, with one runner from each crew on the course at a time. At the hub you'll find small businesses, food, coffee, and everyone else's crews cheering and waiting for their turn.
Iβd like to volunteer on the day, how do I sign up?
Firstly yeay this is so much appreciated. Email nick@the100khustle.com.au and tell us what you'd like to help with. We need hands for the tally table, welcome & guide our runners and small businesses, fuel station, and setup and pack-down.
Where do I park, and where are the toilets?
Check updates on site map or socials soon.
